Here’s how we do that for you:
- Initial Consultation
In order to meet your requirements, we need to define them and that is done at this stage in the process. This is mostly a pencil-to-paper time to explore the possibilities. We will review your current processes, your options, budget, and time frame to create a plan that is right for you.
- On-Site Demonstration
We will substantially demonstrate the capabilities of the solution that we propose to you. This may include on-site visits to existing customers as well. If desired we will make every effort to include representatives of our software or hardware partners as required. This step is designed specifically to reduce barriers to project approval.
- Scope of Work
A formal proposal and Scope of Work will be created, approved by technical staff and agreed upon by management. Once contracted installation may begin.
- Implementation
We encourage the phased implementation of projects. We have found that pre-assigned and incremental project phases most often result in successful projects for users and management alike.
